Famous Women as Metro Stops

It's not news that a subway map has been transformed, satirised, or pastiched but we couldn't help but share this French version which sees the famous Paris stations converted into the names of famous women whop have made significant contributions to the world.

Artist Silvia Radelli created the map as she believes that the women are barely memorialised. It features a wide variety including Maragret Mead, Frida Khalo, Susan Sontag, and Nefertiti among others.

AUB creates photo app

The Arts University Bournemouth have created an app which allows you to create a unique, kaleidoscope image using your camera. Kscope then allows you to upload the image to share with friends and the app network here. Free to download, the app invites you to "see things differently and to look at the world from different angles" and is already popular. It's also available for both iPad and iPhone.

The App is featured on a brand new website for the AUB, which features larger scale imagery, a new nag and better links to the creative industries.

Design Indaba, the annual festival 'committed to a better world through creativity', was held this year in Cape Town. About us

As children we had the freedom of imagination and creativity with no boundaries. At school and as adults we are encouraged away from imagination and day dreaming, to think in a structured, process driven way. We disagree with this. We challenge this. Imagination and creativity are gifts that we are all given, and we can develop and encourage them, not throw them away. Free Thinking® is our approach to life, to creativity, to advertising campaigns, to graphic design. We challenge the way things are done, created, agreed, made. If you've got a post to share email us at info@createfreethinking.com. Visit our main site at www.partnerssmr.com
