The OmniTouch is a wearable device, created by Microsoft, that projects a graphical user interface onto any surface, such as a hand or table. The user can interact with the virtual interface using their fingers, which are tracked by sensors built into OmniTouch.
At the moment the prototype is a shoulder-mounted device and but researchers say it could be reduced to a matchbox-sized device that could be worn on a watch or a pendant.
