Prologue's credits for Arthur (2011)

Russell Brand has been unmissable this month on the box as his recent screen hit, the remake of 1981 Dudley Moore classic Arthur, premiered in UK cinemas. The remake sees Brand reinvent the role of the lovable billionaire Arthur Bach who relies on his inheritance and family fortune to get by and is cared for by his nanny Hobson, played by Helen Mirren. There are some fantastic moments throughout the film, particularly between Mirren and Brand who make a peculiar duo but the parts that caught our eye were the titles and the credits.

Intricately designed and animated Prologue have created the perfect introduction and finale to this film. The beginning title are boisterous and energetic, introducing us to Brand's character who is typically up to no good in a bat-mobile, whilst the final credits role as a pop up book style animation, story booking the relationship that finally tames Brand's character. You can see more of the credits on the Prologue site here.

About us

As children we had the freedom of imagination and creativity with no boundaries. At school and as adults we are encouraged away from imagination and day dreaming, to think in a structured, process driven way. We disagree with this. We challenge this. Imagination and creativity are gifts that we are all given, and we can develop and encourage them, not throw them away. Free Thinking® is our approach to life, to creativity, to advertising campaigns, to graphic design. We challenge the way things are done, created, agreed, made.
