Urban beekeeping has become widely popular. The BBC recently reported that scientist believe bees and other pollinators may thrive in cities, rather than in rural areas, a study which researchers at Bristol University have embarked upon to find out more. Louis Vuitton seem to have recognised this trend and installed three hives on the roof of their Parisian headquarters in 09. The hives have now attracted as many as 200,000 bees, the first harvest of their produce now available to purchase under the label 'Miel la Belle Jardiniere'.
